Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal in the case of a distance contract, i.e., a contract that is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties and exclusively by means of distance communication (e.g., email, internet, telephone, fax, letter):

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form. If you use this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., via email) confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the repayment using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
